Introducción

Este artículo es para agencias, hoteles y TTOO que reservan a través de Direct.

En este artículo verás cómo gestionar tus tarifas en Direct: consultar las que ya tienes, crear una tarifa nueva, configurar sus temporadas y precios, y añadir jugadores, packs y servicios.

Acceder a tus tarifas

Para gestionar tus tarifas, abre el menú "Rates" (Tarifas) y elige "Rates management" (Gestión de tarifas).

Consultar tus tarifas

En "Rates management" (Gestión de tarifas) se abre la pantalla "Golf rates" (Tarifas de golf).

1. Elige el campo en "Select course" (Selecciona campo) y haz clic en la lupa.
2. Verás la lista de tarifas de ese campo, con su nombre "Rate", el campo al que se aplican "Course" y el orden en el listado "Order in list".

Para cada tarifa tienes dos acciones: el botón "Edit" (Editar) para modificarla y el botón "Delete" (Eliminar) para borrarla. Para crear una tarifa nueva, usa el botón "NEW RATE" (Nueva tarifa).

Crear una tarifa nueva

Haz clic en "NEW RATE" (Nueva tarifa). Se abre el formulario de la tarifa.

1. En "Name of the rate" (Nombre de la tarifa), escribe el nombre en sus dos pestañas: "English" (inglés) y "Spanish" (español).
2. En "Rate information" (Información de la tarifa), elige:
   • "Course" (Campo): el recorrido al que se aplica la tarifa.
   • "Type of rate" (Tipo de tarifa): el tipo de tarifa. Las opciones disponibles son: 18 Holes, 9 Holes, 1 GF + 1 Buggy, 2 GF + 1 Buggy, 4 GF + 2 Buggies, y sus variantes con hotel: 18 Holes with Hotel, 9 Holes with Hotel, 1 GF + 1 Buggy with Hotel, 2 GF + 1 Buggy with Hotel y 4 GF + 2 Buggies with Hotel.
   • "Order in list" (Orden en el listado): la posición de la tarifa en la lista.
3. Para guardar, usa el botón "SAVE" (Guardar). Con "RETURN" (Volver) sales sin guardar.

Cada tarifa tiene su tabla "Time schedule" (Temporadas), donde se recogen sus temporadas con las columnas Start date (Fecha de inicio), End date (Fecha de fin), Start time (Hora de inicio), End time (Hora de fin), Festive rate (Tarifa festivo) y Non festive rate (Tarifa no festivo), cada una con sus botones "Edit" (Editar) y "Delete" (Eliminar).

Para añadir una temporada, usa el botón "NEW SCHEDULE" (Nueva temporada).

Configurar la temporada y los precios

Al pulsar "NEW SCHEDULE" (Nueva temporada) se abre el formulario de la temporada.

1. En "Select a date and a time slot" (Selecciona una fecha y una franja horaria), indica:
   • "Start date" (Fecha de inicio) y "End date" (Fecha de fin).
   • "Start time" (Hora de inicio) y "End time" (Hora de fin).
   • "Days to be applied" (Días en los que aplica): marca los días de la semana (de Monday a Sunday). Tienes "Check all" (Marcar todos) para seleccionarlos todos de una vez.
2. En "Enter rates" (Introduce las tarifas), rellena los seis precios:
   • "WE & Holiday course rate" (Precio de campo, fin de semana y festivo) y "Weekday course rate" (Precio de campo, entre semana): el precio de campo de referencia.
   • "WE & Holiday selling price" (Precio de venta, fin de semana y festivo) y "Weekday selling price" (Precio de venta, entre semana): lo que cobrarás a tu cliente.
   • "WE & Holiday net rate" (Precio neto, fin de semana y festivo) y "Weekday net rate" (Precio neto, entre semana): lo que pagas tú al club.
3. Si lo necesitas, añade un comentario en "Comments" (Comentarios). También puedes marcar la casilla "Preferential prices" (Precios preferentes).

Jugadores, packs y servicios

En el mismo formulario de la temporada puedes definir a qué jugadores/as, packs y servicios se aplica la tarifa:

• "Enter number of players" (Número de jugadores/as): marca a cuántos jugadores/as aplica (1, 2, 3 o 4).
• "Packs": elige un pack si la tarifa lo es: "2 Green Fees + 1 Buggy" o "4 Green Fees + 2 Buggies".
• "Services included in the price" (Servicios incluidos en el precio): marca los servicios que incluye la tarifa: GPS, Lunch (comida), Dinner (cena), Electric trolley (carrito eléctrico), Electric scooter (patinete eléctrico), Push/Pull trolley (carrito manual), Golf clubs rental (alquiler de palos), Practice balls bucket (cubo de bolas de prácticas) y Buggy.

Para terminar, guarda con el botón "SAVE" (Guardar) o "SAVE AND RETURN" (Guardar y volver). Con "RETURN" (Volver) sales sin guardar.

Access your rates

To manage your rates, open the "Rates" menu and choose "Rates management".

Check your rates

In "Rates management", the "Golf rates" screen opens.

1. Choose the course in "Select course" and click the magnifying glass.
2. You will see the list of rates for that course, with its name "Rate", the course they apply to "Course" and the position in the list "Order in list".

For each rate you have two actions: the "Edit" button to change it and the "Delete" button to remove it. To create a new rate, use the "NEW RATE" button at the bottom of the table.

Create a new rate

Click "NEW RATE". The rate form opens.

1. In "Name of the rate", type the name in its two tabs: "English" and "Spanish".
2. In "Rate information", choose:
   • "Course": the course the rate applies to.
   • "Type of rate": the type of rate. The available options are: 18 Holes, 9 Holes, 1 GF + 1 Buggy, 2 GF + 1 Buggy, 4 GF + 2 Buggies, and their hotel variants: 18 Holes with Hotel, 9 Holes with Hotel, 1 GF + 1 Buggy with Hotel, 2 GF + 1 Buggy with Hotel and 4 GF + 2 Buggies with Hotel.
   • "Order in list": the position of the rate in the list.
3. To save, use the "SAVE" button. With "RETURN" you exit without saving.

Each rate has its own "Time schedule" table, which lists its seasons with the columns Start date, End date, Start time, End time, Festive rate and Non festive rate, each one with its "Edit" and "Delete" buttons.

To add a season, use the "NEW SCHEDULE" button.

Set up the season and prices

When you click "NEW SCHEDULE", the season form opens.

1. In "Select a date and a time slot", enter:
   • "Start date" and "End date".
   • "Start time" and "End time".
   • "Days to be applied": tick the days of the week (from Monday to Sunday). You have "Check all" to select them all at once.
2. In "Enter rates", fill in the six prices:
   • "WE & Holiday course rate" and "Weekday course rate": the reference course rate.
   • "WE & Holiday selling price" and "Weekday selling price": what you will charge your client.
   • "WE & Holiday net rate" and "Weekday net rate": what you pay to the club.
3. If you need to, add a note in "Comments". You can also tick the "Preferential prices" box.

Players, packs and services

In the same season form, you can define which players, packs and services the rate applies to:

• "Enter number of players": tick how many players it applies to (1, 2, 3 or 4).
• "Packs": choose a pack if the rate is one: "2 Green Fees + 1 Buggy" or "4 Green Fees + 2 Buggies".
• "Services included in the price": tick the services the rate includes: GPS, Lunch, Dinner, Electric trolley, Electric scooter, Push/Pull trolley, Golf clubs rental, Practice balls bucket and Buggy.

To finish, save with the "SAVE" button or "SAVE AND RETURN". With "RETURN" you exit without saving.
