¿Qué es Direct?
Direct es una herramienta web de teeone.golf que permite a agencias de viaje, hoteles y TTOO consultar la disponibilidad y reservar Green Fees directamente en los clubs que utilizan teeone.golf y que les han dado acceso.
Funciona desde el navegador, con un usuario y una contraseña, sin necesidad de ningún desarrollo técnico ni instalación. Es una vía de reserva directa, en tiempo real, entre quien comercializa el golf (tu agencia, hotel o TTOO) y el club donde van a jugar tus clientes.
Direct lleva más de 10 años en marcha y hoy lo utilizan cerca de 200 hoteles, agencias y TTOO, que mueven más de 150.000 Green Fees al año.
¿Quién utiliza Direct?
Direct está pensado para los partners (colaboradores/as) que comercializan golf y necesitan reservar en nombre de sus clientes finales:
- Agencias de viaje
- Hoteles
- Tour Operadores
Accedes con tu propia cuenta de usuario y operas únicamente sobre los clubs que te han autorizado. Antes de poder reservar en un club concreto, ese club tiene que dar el visto bueno: a partir de ese momento, el club aparece en tu cuenta y ya puedes trabajar con él.
¿Qué puedes hacer con Direct?
Desde Direct puedes:
- Consultar la disponibilidad de salidas (Tee Times) de los clubs autorizados, buscando por campo, fecha y hora.
- Reservar Green Fees en tiempo real, eligiendo recorrido, día, hora y número de jugadores/as.
- Añadir varias reservas en una misma operación, incluso de clubs y días distintos.
- Indicar peticiones especiales al club, por ejemplo el alquiler de un buggy o de palos.
- Gestionar tus reservas: consultarlas, cancelarlas y generar un voucher (bono) en español o en inglés para entregar a tu cliente.
- Consultar tus tarifas contratadas y tus informes de ventas.
Cada reserva confirmada genera una referencia que aparece automáticamente en el sistema del club, sin llamadas ni correos de por medio.
¿Cómo se accede?
Accedes a Direct desde el navegador, con el usuario y la contraseña que se te facilitan. No hace falta instalar nada.
Al entrar, ves los clubs con los que ya tienes acuerdo (los que puedes reservar) y también el número de clubs disponibles en el sistema, por si te interesa ampliar tu oferta y solicitar nuevos acuerdos.

What is Direct?
Direct is a web tool from teeone.golf that lets travel agencies, hotels and tour operators check availability and book Green Fees directly at the clubs that use teeone.golf and have granted them access.
It works from your browser, with a username and a password, and needs no technical development or installation. It is a direct, real-time booking channel between the golf reseller (your agency, hotel or tour operator) and the club where your clients are going to play.
Direct has been running for over 10 years and is currently used by around 200 hotels, agencies and tour operators, who move more than 150,000 Green Fees a year.
Who uses Direct?
Direct is designed for the partners who sell golf and need to book on behalf of their end clients:
- Travel agencies
- Hotels
- Tour operators
You log in with your own user account and can only operate on the clubs that have authorised you. Before you can book at a particular club, that club must give its approval: from that point on, the club appears in your account and you can start working with it.
What can you do with Direct?
With Direct you can:
- Check Tee Time availability at the authorised clubs, searching by course, date and time.
- Book Green Fees in real time, choosing the course, day, time and number of players.
- Add several bookings in a single operation, even across different clubs and days.
- Send special requests to the club, such as buggy or club hire.
- Manage your bookings: view them, cancel them and generate a voucher in Spanish or English to give to your client.
- Check your contracted rates and your sales reports.
Every confirmed booking generates a reference that appears automatically in the club's system, with no phone calls or emails in between.
How do you get access?
You access Direct from your browser, using the username and password provided to you. There is nothing to install.
When you log in, you can see the clubs you already have an agreement with (the ones you can book) as well as the number of clubs available in the system, in case you would like to expand your offer and request new agreements.
